The Royals stays on the list of TV shows cancelled.
Lionsgate has admitted defeat in the cancellation of The Royals. The production company has failed in its bid to find the axed E! drama a new throne.
Lionsgate read the obituary:

Lionsgate had been in talks with Pop for a fifth season revival, but that has come to nothing, leaving The Royals in the cancellation graveyard after a four season reign.
