Plans are already afoot for The Fix Season 2 and beyond.
As revealed that today’s press tour, the upcoming legal drama will provide closure by the end of its 10-episode first season run on ABC.
Renewal permitting, most of the characters will return for Season 2, which would center on a brand new case, with the same anthology format extending to Season 3, 4 and beyond (in the unlikely event that the show survives that long).
#TheFix's first O.J.-ish-esque case will be wrapped by end of 10-episode Season 1; Robin Tunney and most characters will return for Season 2, for a brand-new case. #ABC #TCA19

"Marcia, I'm not playing you, am I? That's a lot of pressure. Sarah Paulson did it incredibly well and it's hard to play your boss," Robin Tunney says. #TheFix #TCA19

Earlier, ABC referred to #TheFix as a limited series. The EPs clarify, in success, it's actually going to be an anthology, with a new case per season. (Most of the cast would return.) #TCA19

Marcia Clark re #TheFix: "At the end of the 10 episodes, you will have your questions answered… This is an anthology. The case will end. And then next season there will be a new case… where most of the characters will return." #TCA19

Marcia Clark says this show is an anthology. The case will end and you'll get all the answers by the 10th episode (you do have to watch every week, it's serialized, she notes). Another season would mean another case, drawing on characters from real life. #TheFix #TCA19
