NBC has renewed The Blacklist for Season 6, to premiere fall 2018, RenewCancelTV has confirmed.
The sixth season of The Blacklist will comprise 22 episodes. Season 6 has not been announced as the last in the show’s run, leaving the door open to a potential seventh season.

Good news – but actually, I knew this show was renewed for a Season 6 back in the winter of 2016. In addition to announcing early renewal for Season 5, NBC declared renewal for Season 6, too. In addition, there were supposed to be two spin-off shows, too – but this was whittled down to the mini-series “Redemption,” a sub-plot about the background of Tom’s character.
Anyway, hope this season’ll be good enough to warrant a Season 7! 🙂
