Take Two wont get a second chance.
ABC has cancelled Take Two one season, having opted not to move forward with a second season of the low-rated series, TVShowsCancelled.com has confirmed.
However, while cancellation has been sealed, sources inform TVShowsCancelled.com that the procedural featuring Rachel Bilson and Eddie Cibrian has attracted a number of streaming outlets who are interesting in resurrecting Take Two Season 2.
A Take Two revival is very unlikely, but stay tuned for potential developments…

Bummer. It was a refreshing break from all the mayhem and tension bringing a much needed touch of lightness and a breath of fresh air.
How sad. This show was one of the brightest spots of the summer TV season. There was great chemistry between Eddie Cibrian and Rachel Bilson I hope one of the streaming stations picks this up as it would be a shame if it was no longer on.
So sad looked forward to a clean show without politics, sexism and vulgar language. Not everyone enjoys constant blood and gore.
So sad, but then again when did you ever see a second season on anything playing in the summertime on ABC. Notorious was one of the best. Take two was extremely refreshing, the chemistry between the two actors was great. Very very sad! Shame on you ABC.

My husband and I REALLY liked this show!! Both actors played well with each other and made the show REALLY entertaining!! We will TRULY miss this show!! Light-hearted and funny!! I would have enjoyed MORE of this show!!

I have really enjoyed watching this show , it was the best part of my evenings getting to sit down and watch take two. I’m just hoping that in the near future that the show will get picked up by someone else and continue where season 1 left off.
