Reverie has joined the list of TV shows cancelled.
NBC has cancelled the Sarah Shahi sci-fi series after one season. Following a low-rated summer run, the network has unsurprisingly decided not to move forward with Season 2.
Per insiders, Reverie Season 2 wont be shopped to other networks, leaving the show trapped in a never-ending cancellation nightmare.
RIP.

Reverie was my be of the best new shows during the spring and summer. I hope they shop this show and someone gives them the chance they deserve. There are a lot of us who would like it to return. With so many channels out there i don’t see why it can’t!

I totally agree with Sally Broadhurst. I really like Reverie, and would also like it to return. I thought it was a GREAT show and very entertaining to watch. The story-line was unique. Please think about bringing it back.

This would be a perfect show for Syfy, but perhaps the show’s budget would have been too high for that network. A shame, because it was a great show, with a concept no other show had done.

hows that have absolutely nothing but canned laughter go for years, I suppose it is because it is cheap, many series I have enjoyed have had their heads chopped for no apparent reason.

LOL at “a never-ending cancellation nightmare”

I cannot believe this was cancelled. I loved the show a lot and loved how the plot was. Seems like now a days networks don’t truly know how to run a show.
