As we exclusively reported, New Amsterdam is already renewed for Season 2, but the NBC medical drama has already strengthened its case for Season 3.
Amazon UK has picked up lucrative rights to the series, which will release with the first batch of episodes on Amazon Prime Video on February 8, followed by weekly episodes in-line with their NBC release.
With revenue and global reach expanding, New Amsterdam could very well extend its life beyond Season 2.
