The fresh episodes are set to premiere Friday, Jan. 4, at 9 p.m. ET/PT. Fans also can get a sneak peek of the new season at 7 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. ET/PT during the HGTV All Premiere New Year on Jan. 1.

The current season of My Lottery Dream Home has already attracted more than 12.8 million viewers since its Sept. 21 premiere.

What benefit do these people get from him showing them homes that other realtors have found? Just to be on TV?
