Manifest is soaring closer to Season 2 renewal.
In a show of confidence, NBC has extended the mystery drama’s first season from 13 to 16 episodes, which the network considers to be a full season order.
With strong ratings and a full first season under its wings, it’s surely an initial defeat for the cancellation reaper, with Manifest Season 2 renewal just around the corner.
With the news, Manifest becomes this fall’s fourth new show to nab a full-season order, following NBC’s New Amsterdam, CBS’ FBI and FOX’s Single Parents.
Stay tuned for all the breaking Manifest Season 2/cancellation news…

Well, I hope that the show is renewed. Otherwise, it’s just another show that ended with a cliffhanger and then was tossed onto the heap of past cancelled series.

I love watching Manifest. I recorded every episode so that I wouldn’t miss any. I had to resort to using the “Closed Caption” feature because most of the time I couldn’t understand what the characters were saying, they seemed to mumble a lot, or speak while facing away from the camera. Additionally, you people should have them face away from the camera and hold their hands up eye-level if they are reading from a text message or from a note. Another thing I found appalling was that when commercials were being played, the cameras would still be rolling, and thus part of the episode would not be viewed by the public.
