MacGyver is next on the list of TV shows renewed for 2019-20.
CBS has renewed the procedural for Season 4, to premiere fall 2019, insiders have leaked to TVShowsCancelled.com.
Per insiders, CBS hasn’t set MacGyver Season 4 as the last in the show’s run, leaving the door open for a fifth season in future years. Stay tuned…
……not to be SNIDE or anything, but…..why???? There’s NOTHING about this Lenkov reboot (even the ‘Magnum’ redux is at least MILDLY intriguing) which makes it deserving of another season – and the way George Eads is being WASTED, causes one to LONG for SOME sort of ‘C.S.I.’ revival, featuring original characters…..
I Love this show! I am so very glad it is renewed! My husband and I watch it every Friday night!
The original was much better, but the new MacGyver is a little bit far fetched, still good to watch, and they should keep George Eads.

I watch this show.I think Lucus Till is adorable and it’s just fun.But with all that said I’m surprised it continues to survive.I’ve never looked at the ratings but they must be higher than I thought they might be.I’m also surprised because of the announcement that George Eads is leaving the show.But I know I’ll continue to watch it regardless.
This is great news, but what about the rumours that Eads was to leave the show after some altercation or discussion?

This is my favorite show……You need to keep Mac’s new handler, she has great moves and makes the show more exciting. KEEP the dog as Mac’s stress relief therapy dog everyone loves sweet dogs. There was a bit of baggage on the show that slows it down make the show more up beat and exciting. Bring in a jewel thief or Murdoc as part of the team.
I loved the original and take this one for what it is. It is not the original, but it’s just a fun show. My son and I love watching it. He is 9, it’s a great family friendly show. I am glad they are keeping it going

If MacGyver is on for Season 4 I hope they don’t bring on the women that took over for
Eads. To me she is trying to take over and then it won’t be call Macgyver show. The others can do just as good job. Thank you

I watch MacGyver every Friday and LOVE it. I miss Jack but MacGyver’s new handler is very nice too!
