Lucifer has been saved. Netflix has revived Lucifer for Season 4, weeks after it was cancelled by FOX, RenewCancelTV can reveal.
The Netflix revival follows a huge online #SaveLucifer campaign and interest from Amazon. Netflix’s decision to save the devil drama, however, was based on the financial viability of the series, which already streams on the platform.
Netflix joins NBC in resurrecting a freshly cancelled FOX series, after the peacock rescued Brooklyn Nine-Nine from the cancellation graveyard.
Per insiders, Netflix has not limited Lucifer‘s revival to a one-and-done, leaving the door open to a potential fifth season if the show streams well when Season 4 drops in 2019.
Insiders say Lucifer Season 4 will comprise 10 episodes.
With the revival, Lucifer becomes a ‘Netflix Original Series’.

Netflix is cheap, only $12 monthly for 1080p.
Also it’s cheaper to cancel your cable and subscribe to streaming services for all your new shows.
My mom canceled our cable ages ago, all we need for TV is NetFlix, Hulu, Amazon, Sling TV and CBS All Access.
