Jersey Shore Family Vacation wont join the ever-growing list of TV shows cancelled just yet.
Ahead of tonight’s Season 2 finale, MTV has renewed Jersey Shore Family Vacation for Season 3, to air in 2019:

(NEW YORK, NY – December 13, 2018) – On the heels of MTV’s fifth consecutive quarter of primetime growth – its best streak in seven years – the network announced it has renewed “Jersey Shore Family Vacation” for a third season set to premiere Summer 2019. Currently the #1 unscripted series on cable in P18-49, “Jersey Shore Family Vacation” features original housemates Deena Nicole Cortese, Paul “Pauly D” Delvecchio,” Jenni “JWOWW” Farley, Vinny Guadagnino, Angelina Pivarnick, Ronnie Ortiz-Magro, Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi and Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino. “Jersey Shore,” which first premiered in 2009 and returned earlier this year to record ratings, is an MTV worldwide phenomenon that features such franchise hits as “MTV Floribama Shore,” “Geordie Shore” (UK), “Gandia Shore” (Spain), “Warsaw Shore” (Poland), “Acapulco Shore” (Mexico) and “Super Shore.”
In tonight’s finale episode titled, “Ronnie Magro’s Series of Unfortunate Events,” the roommates take a stand against cancer by hosting a charity event in honor of Deena’s father as only the Jersey Shore cast can. Meanwhile, the spiral squad spend time debating the meaning of life while a mysterious call from Jen has Ronnie on edge.
To celebrate the finale, MTV published an hour-long yule log video live on the Jersey Shore Facebook page and YouTube channel to announce the third season.
Jersey Shore Family Vacation Season 3 has not been set as the last in the series, opening up the possibility of a fourth season to follow. Stay tuned…
