CBS has cancelled the sitcom after one low-rated season, sources inform TVShowsCancelled.com.
Per insiders, the network has opted not to renew Happy Together for Season 2.
The show also wont receive a back-order, meaning the first-and-only season will consist of 13 episodes, sources say.

I loved this show. I dont know why it was canceled. There is nothing on Monday nights. Now they will put that unfunny man with a plan show back on. I hated that man with a plan show.
This show is hilarious!!! Actually have at least a couple of genuine laugh out loud moments during each episode. Going to miss this show. Surprised that it is going. Thanks for the laughs!!!
Another CBS mistake. Cancel the good shows & keep stupid ones. We have enough misery. The world needs more laughter!!

FAM seems like a poor knockoff of this show. Not only is it not near as funny as happy together, but the cast cannot hold a candle to the cast of Happy. So sad, another one bites the dust. FAM will probably run for 10 years of so. Must just be me.

I like Happy Together but Claire’s parents were not real, the mother was very annoying and not to sorry to see it go.
