Flog It! Cancelled By BBC One After 17 Years

Flot It! Cancelled

Flog It! has literally been flogged to death.

BBC One has cancelled the antiques valuation competition series after 17 years to make room for a ‘new generation’ of programming.

Pre-recorded episodes of the show, serving as the 17th and final season, will roll out early next year before it officially enters the graveyard.

BBC controller of daytime and programming Dan McGolpin said:

“If we’re trying to create the new generation then some of the long-running shows will have to go.

Now and again, we reach a time to move on and modernise, bringing through some new shows.

RIP.
