TOSH.0 AND THE JIM JEFFERIES SHOW RETURN WITH NEW EPISODES STARTING ON TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 18
NEW YORK, September 13, 2018 – Comedy Central‘s weekly series Tosh.0 and The Jim Jefferies Show are both back with new episodes beginning on Tuesday, September 18 at 10:00 p.m. ET/PT and 10:30 p.m. ET/PT respectively. Currently in its 10th season, Tosh.0 kicks it off by celebrating the “Tosh.0 Ten Year Reunion” with a very special “Where Are They Now” episode featuring a few of their favorite “Web Redemptions.”
“Web Redemption” and “CeWEBrity Profile” segments to be highlighted in future episodes include:
Trans Wrestler – Transgender wrestler Mack meets Daniel in a locker room, where Daniel attempts to make weight for their upcoming match.
50 Ft Adrenaline – Chase, a self-described “adrenaline addict,” meets Daniel in his mountaintop meditation hut where they go to relax.
Deafies In Drag – In this 100% silent act 2, Daniel has the Deafies in Drag on as guests of the only Latino deaf drag no-talking talk show.
Paul Flart – Daniel goes to a hospital to visit Paul Flart, a security guard who got fired for farting on camera, where he’s recovering after a vicious fart attack.
The Jim Jefferies Show covers the most controversial issues through the lens of host Jim Jefferies’ distinctive brand of comedy and global point of view. The return of new episodes will feature guest interviews with legendary athlete, activist, Presidential Medal of Freedom winner and writer, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar (airs 10/16) and actor/comedian Ty Burell (ABC’s Modern Family) with more to be announced.
Jim sat down with Kareem Abdul-Jabbar to talk about his feud with Trump, his feelings on Colin Kaepernick’s protest, and what the future of America looks like. With Ty Burrell, Jim spent time with him discussing his charity which focuses on working with foster children.
The field piece to air in the premiere episode is a “Ride Along with the Amsterdam Police.” California is the latest US state to legalize marijuana and critics claim that it will lead to more serious drug use, traffic deaths and a rise in crime. Meanwhile, Amsterdam, famous for its Red Light District, was just named one of the safest cities in the world. Jefferies rides with two cops in Europe’s den of depravity to find out how bad crime really is in a city where prostitution and drugs are legal.
Upcoming field pieces and investigations to be highlighted in future episodes include:
Conservative vs Liberal Parenting – One Trump supporter wants to Make Parenting Great Again by bringing back spanking. And he’s offering to spank other people’s kids, too. Jim sits down with him, and with a liberal child development expert, to pick the ideal parenting style.
Hawaii: Nudism is my Religion – A group of nudists have been evicted from their wild Honolulu party house. But they claim they’re being persecuted for simply practicing their religion, which includes Nude Yoga and Naked Taco Tuesdays. Is it ridiculous, or could this finally be a religion Jim can get behind?
Chicago Gun Violence – Jim visits the South Side of Chicago to meet people whose daily lives are affected by a flood of illegal guns, explore how local gun control laws are working, and see how people are fighting to reclaim their neighborhood.

Currently in its 10th season, the weekly, topical series delves into all aspects of the Internet from the absolutely absurd to the incredibly ingenious. Each episode includes a “CeWEBrity Profile” or Tosh giving subjects of notorious viral videos a second chance to redeem themselves from the embarrassment with which they have become synonymous with their very own “Web Redemption.”
Tosh.0 is executive produced by Tosh, Charlie Siskel, Nick Malis and Christie Smith. Monika Zielinska is the Executive in Charge of Production for Comedy Central.
The über-popular Tosh.0 Facebook page (9.1M) is one of Comedy Central’s most-visited properties, which continues to be updated daily with viral web posts, web-exclusive video and show content, plus interactive features. Fans can follow Tosh on Twitter (26.3M) and Tosh.0 on Instagram (108K).
The Jim Jefferies Show is a weekly, topical, late night series which premiered on June 6, 2017 and received a Writers Guild Award nomination in the Comedy/Variety Talk Series Category in its first season. Currently in its second season, the show features the Australian comedian’s unapologetic, honest and international approach to culture and politics. Jefferies tackles the week’s top stories from behind the desk and travels the globe to far-off locations to provide an eye-opening look at hypocrisy around the world. His sharp take on topics such as gun control, big game hunting, the National Anthem protests and sexual harassment have pushed the host into the mainstream late night conversation.
Jefferies, Scott Zabielski, Jason Reich and Brillstein Entertainment Partners’ Alex Murray and Tim Sarkes are the Executive Producers of The Jim Jefferies Show. Adam Londy and Daniel Wolfberg are the Executives in Charge of Production for Comedy Central.
