CBBC has renewed kids comedy So Awkward for Season 5 along with a spinoff show The So Awkward Files, which sees the characters talk about their time at Cranmede High and their most memorable moments.
The renewal comes ahead of the show’s 12-episode fourth season which drops this summer.
So Awkward Season 5 will feature 13 half-hour episodes to release early 2019.
The six-episode spin-off’s first season will air between So Awkward Season 4 and 5.
