ITV has extended Timewasters, renewing the sitcom for Season 2, Chortle reports.
Timewasters centers on a struggling four-piece South London jazz band who travel back in time to the 1920’s via a urine-sodden lift in a dilapidated block of flats.
The time travelling pals include Daniel Lawrence Taylor (Cockroaches, Uncle) who plays Nick, Kadiff Kirwan (Chewing Gum, Crims), who plays Jason, Adelayo Adedayo (Skins, Some Girls), who plays Lauren and Samson Kayo (Youngers, The Javone Prince Show), who plays Horace.
With the renewal Timewasters wont join the list of TV shows cancelled. Not yet, at least. Stay tuned…
