Charlie Cox has finally reacted to the cancellation of Daredevil.
Speaking to EW, the actor admitted he fully expected the superhero series to get a fourth season renewal:
“A lot of us really expected to keep going, and I certainly did. he truth is, I felt like we had a lot of stories to tell, and although I understand [the cancellation], I’m very saddened by that.
Despite talk of Daredevil‘s future revival, Cox isn’t confident he’ll ever play the character again:
“It’s just how business works. ut also, these characters mean a lot to people. It’s weird to think there’s a chance I won’t be playing Matt Murdock ever again. That’s a bizarre feeling, because that character has been such a huge part of my life for the last four and a half years.”

My son and his family have been raving about Daredevil for a long time. I finally started watching it and now hear that is has been cancelled. It is a great show and really hope it is picked up by Amazon or another network.
